Rajesh has been in the field of Human Resource Management and Development consulting for 16 years. A Post Graduate in Human Resource Management, he started his career in recruitment and subsequently moved to Staffing and Compliance. He is the co-founder of Recruitment, Staffing and Compliance business lines of R & M Associates. Has keen interest in People Management and has worked extensively on developing Strategic Human Resource Policies, Processes and Systems. He strongly believes “Successful People make Successful Organisations”. Since early 2007 he is the founder and CEO of Metis ERC a holistic management competency development company. His vision is to empower lives across India through his company.

Dr.P.G.Pawar retired as General Manager from Saint Gobain (Indian operations-Grindwell Norton Ltd). His professional career spanning over 30 Years started from specializing in materials for aerospace applications (PhD, NASA projects in US, Helicopter design in India), materials for ceramics and abrasives, and other aspects of Materials science. As a scientist he headed the Research and Development wing of Saint-Gobain prior to transitioning to head four Strategic business Units.

His responsibilities covered General management, HR, IR, Materials management, MIS, Sales and Marketing functions of the four SBUs. He has over 150 technical publications of proprietary nature and several articles in national & international journals, as also national merit scholarship and innovation awards. He was also a merit scholar at Indian Institute of science, Bangalore.

He has worked in close collaboration with Professors from IIM Bangalore and undertook the process of “transforming” organisations to achieve organisational goals. He has conducted over 200 Management development programmes in various sectors, and is presently an organisational development consultant for MNCs in Bangalore.

10 years experience as a freelance theatre artist. Worked as a theatre consultant for Times of India (NIE section), a faculty in the department of Theatre arts in Delhi Public School, Bangalore, She was one of the two women army to in building Ranga Shankara a theatre complex in Bangalore. As a Project Director for Ranga Shankara, she was involved in every aspect of it, from its concept, construction to programming and audience development activities. Over 6 years of experience in organizing and conducting workshops on Skills Development through theatre arts with a focus on improving people's performance as a team, stress management, listening, communication, and thinking beyond boundaries, which builds and sustains effective and enduring team relationships and focuses on results such as greater employee loyalty, satisfaction and retention, and hence greater productivity.
