Metis has successfully conducted a theater based training program. Workplace Theater has the added advantage of experiencing the learning and it creates images that are memorable, enabling people to reflect on the subject area for longer than they perhaps would have done had they been listening to a speaker. Individuals are more willing to participate, as applied art revolves around a fictitious situation, has an element of fun, and therefore is less personal. It gives the freedom to break barriers across boundaries to arrive at a variety of solutions to problems.
