Strategic HR Audit

Competitive advantage of organisations are build & delivered by people first and are generally ably supported by strategy, technology, systems and processes across various functions. Performance of the organisation is therefore a result of a constructively collaborative effort of all the above.

Many times, the Organisation is unable to derive synergy due to some dissonance in some or all of the components. An audit would help the organisation in understanding (1) 'where' it is located in the performance & process curve and (2) 'what' needs to be done to move up to accelerated growth & performance.

We need to articulate the Objectives of this audit first and then focus on the following segments.

Audit Report:

The audit report will cover an 'OVERVIEW' of all the above and suggest the steps to be taken to move in the direction of achieving the objective. We will indicate the reasons for taking these steps and the likely benefits that could be derived through a committed implementations.
