Murthy is a L.L.M., (Gold Medalist) and started his career with the Solicitors Firm, M/s. King & Partridge before joining R&M Associates in 1977 as the Head of Legal Division, with a team of seven Advocates. This division has rendered great service to the industry for more than three decades. Certain laws laying down judgments have been rendered on the basis of successful arguments of our advocates. In addition to appearing in Courts, our advocates have held number of conferences and workshops on very vital issues affecting labour - management relations.

Chandra is a first generation Entrepreneur in the IT industry. Out of his vast experience of 25 years, he was involved for about 17 years in the IT industry. He is also in the process of initiating many projects which will have a large impact on the society at large.

Chandra completed his engineering (E & C) from the College of Engineering, Madras in 1979 and has also attended an Entrepreneurial Development Program at IIM, Bangalore. He was an active member of the CII, IT Panel in Karnataka.
